T-Bird Tackle was founded by Matt Millman, an outdoorsman who’s happiest with a rod in hand and out on the salt. Based in Milton, Delaware, Matt spends much of his time on the water aboard his 23-foot Nauticstar, chasing the next big catch and testing new lure ideas.

The name T-Bird Tackle comes straight from home — inspired by Matt’s kids, Tanner and Birdie. What started as a backyard hobby quickly turned into something bigger. Friends and family couldn’t get enough of his custom-made saltwater lures, and before long, Matt decided to turn his passion into a business.
